Thought I’d share my *uncensored* way to lose arm fat story with you all:

My story of when I first wanted to lose upper arm fat starts back in High School…

I was really chubby, about as far away from a cheer leader as you could get, none of the boys liked me and generally I just felt like crap. I figured that my figure was the problem and so I set out to lose weight.

But that was a stupid idea, I wasn’t into protein shakes and going to the gym for hours a day to kill myself on a Stair Master. Tried it and hated it. Instead I wanted something that was attainable, good looking and natural. I didn’t want to be a fitness model here…

So, I decided I wanted to lose arm fat. I wanted to be skinny. I spent many years searching for how to lose arm fat fast and failed with pretty much every program.

Those exercise tapes sucked, results from only 20 minutes work a day – Yeah right! And I didn’t have time to do a ridiculous 2 hours worth of arm exercises every morning.

I tried those supplements and pills too. Yeah I know, BAD idea, guilty as charged. Anyway, once again no results. A quick note to anyone considering trying them: Don’t. They’re awful, gave me mood swings and they’re just generally bad for you. Anything unnatural is usually really bad for you.

I tried extreme “lose arm fat fast” diets too. And believe it or not, they did work… kind of. You see, one of the main things preventing women from having thin arms is the little (or big) layer of fat over your tricep muscles. No matter how skinny you are (I looked more like a bowling pin) you probably still have this layer. Anyway, so the extreme diets do help to remove it.

But the diets were too much for me. I can’t eat the same crappy food all day every day, not only to get going in the first place but in order to maintain the stubborn arm fat from coming back, you’d have to keep doing it.

Anyway, I gave my “lose arm fat” search up for a few years, convinced that it was just a dream. Until one day after going to the gym I was talking to this girl I see down there sometimes, Jan Cranbell and I started asking how she got her skinny arms…

I mean, last time I saw her she didn’t have them. Long story short and a 1 hour conversation later she told about this lose arm fat program on the internet.

It’s called fat loss 4 idiots, so I figured I might as well check it out and man am I glad I did. It didn’t work quite as well as it was advertised on the site but within just two weeks I could see the faint outline of my thin upper arms… And I’d hardly changed anything about my schedule.

Eight weeks later and my arms were totally skinny.

Hey, Ruby here with my 3 biggest tips for any woman (or man) looking to lose arm fat…

Lose Arm Fat Tip #1:  Do Tricep Extensions

There’s no two ways about it. If you want to lose arm fat then you’re gonna have to work those tricep muscles. Don’t do what I did though. Go slow. Start with just 10-12 repetitions  at a time, even if feel like you could do more, because waking up the next morning feeling like crap is one sure way to kill your exercise motivation. Also, make sure you do at least 3 sets of tricep extensions.  Just one won’t cut the mustard.

Lose Arm Fat Tip #2: Tricep exercises alone will NOT get you to lose arm fat fast.

This is going to sound stupid since the last tip was all about doing tricep exercises but while they are a key element you will need to do other stuff.

Why? Because in order to actually see that skinny arm you have to trim off that top layer of fat. Even if you’re not overweight, chances are there’s still a little strip of fat preventing you from actually seeing your arm at it’s thinnest.

So what else can I do other than  tricep exercises? Cardio. Not a lot but you’ll need to do SOME cardio, that means running or cycling (I personally prefer cycling – more fun).

Diet. No I don’t mean any extreme diets (I tried pretty much all of them and got no results by the way). I mean, just eat healthier, like more salads and less pizzas. Although, a home made pizza can actually be a very healthy meal, providing pepperoni isn’t the only topping!

Lose Arm Fat Tip #3: Follow the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program

Don’t just buy it. Really commit to the program, if you’ve bought it then you’ll know that you don’t actually need to do much work anyway. Just keep it consistent, follow the simple step by step guide and you will see unbelievable results. Just like I did.

This is probably the most important of the three tips by the way, because if it hadn’t been for this unbelievable program, I’d still only be dreaming about my beautiful skinny arms and this site would’ve never been created.

So, there you have my three biggest tips on how to lose arm fat. Follow them and you’ll be well on your way to learning to eliminate arm fat.

Why Do A Lot of Women Want to Lose Arm Fat?

Today I want to talk about something important…

What is the obsession with losing excess arm fat? Why do so many women want to know how to lose arm fat fast?

Well, I can only speak from personal experience but if we think about the ‘fast’ part first… Well obviously getting something sooner is a heck of a lot better than getting it later. Also, many girls want to deal with upper arm fat before summer comes, I know I did anyway, so there’s kind of a time limit by which time you want to handle it.

And so why the obsession with losing weight and having skinny arms?

Maybe it’s for the men. I mean yeah, the guys love my toned arms. It’s gotten me so much attention over the past few months it’s crazy. And attracting more men is definitely one of the main reasons I decided I wanted thinner arms in the first place…

But is there something more, Yeah I think there is.

Losing flabby arm fat does so much for you that it would be impossible to name everything here. So I’ll try to sum it up… having a better body gives you an overall better quality of  life. I’ve got so much more confidence now it’s fantastic, and then there’s the feeling of pride I get whenever I go out… You’re elite, you’re fit and healthy in a society filled with an increasing number of ‘McDonalds eaters’.
